AIA Continental Europe and AIA NYC recently co-hosted the webinar “The Venice Biennale: Louise Braverman, FAIA, and Martha Thorne“ as part of the series "Cocktails and Conversation”, on June 4. The series joins an architect with a critic, journalist, or architectural historian to discuss current architectural topics and process. It was an opportunity to hear Braverman reflect on the impact of the Biennale on her practice and the shaping of exhibitions and installations responding to global themes. AIA Continental Europe is working on the AIACE Virtual Conference 2021 “Building for a new Resilience“. The conference is planned as a three day program with an interesting lineup of Keynote Speakers, Presentations and Panel Discussions. The Conference is intended to take place on November 18, 19 and 20. Registration will open in late Summer 2021.
