Paul has been practicing Architecture since 2004 and he has been with TVS International for 12 years, relocating to Dubai in 2014. His work has covered a range of project types, including a unique expertise in Convention Centers and Sustainable Design. He has experience developing designs and leading project teams for mixed-use and masterplanning projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and cultural arts projects. His project experience represents well over $2 Billion US dollars of completed construction works. His most notable recent projects are the Chengdu Convention Center, Music City Center and Cobo Center Adaptive Reuse.
Paul also has a career passion for sustainable design. He has facilitated the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) process for 10 projects, and specializes in leading large teams of integrated design professionals to create high performance buildings such as Music City Center. He is currently working on a pavilion in Dubai that is pushing the envelope in new construction methods and materials to reduce waste, increase speed of production, and clean the air passively.
Paul is a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design with a Master of Architecture degree and a member of Tau Sigma Delta, the International Honor Society for Architecture and Allied Arts. Paul is a co-founder of the Savannah Chapter of the US Green Building Council and he currently serves on the Executive Board for the AIA Middle East Chapter as Vice President (2018 President Elect).
