Graduated in Achitecture at the Universidad Nacional de Panama. Obtained a Masters degree in Urban Economics from the Economics Institute of Colorado. Achieved a Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Design from the School of Urbanism at The Catholic University of America, Washington D.C. and completed a design course at Harvard Graduate School of Design, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Founder and President of Mallol Arquitectos, the firm was established 40 years ago with more than 250 architects. It is the largest architectural firm in Central America and the Caribbean.

Was the President of the Panamanian Institute of Architects and Urbanism (IPAUR) from 2010 to 2019. Represents Panama as jury for Premios CEMEX since 2018. At present belongs to the board of directors of Museo de la Libertad y los Derechos Humanos. Since 2017 participates as jury for Premios Panama en Positivo.

Mallol Arquitectos engages in contemporary design building with international exposure. Designing private and institutional projects such as skyscrapers, urban and touristic developments, hotels, hospitals, cultural centers, sports facilities and shopping centers. All projects have excelled with a significant effect on the urban, social and economic life of Panama.

Mallol Arquitectos has a partnership with BGD (Barcelona Global Design) with offices in Barcelona, Spain and in Chile. In recent years the firm has participated with Foster & Partners in the project for the new terminal of the International Airport of Tocumen in Panama. The firm has designed the stations for the Metro of Panama, the Cruise Port of the Pacific and the recently inaugurated Museo de la Libertad y los Derechos Humanos.
