Ken Sungjin Min earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in urban design from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, and founded SKM Architects in 1995.

He is one of the representative architects in Korea and a member of the American Architects Association. With optimism and a future-oriented drive, he engages in his work with the belief that the ordinary can become extraordinary. His extensive experiences living and travelling between cultures that have diverse values has formed his worldly architectural views and shaped his determination to make architecture a global discourse.
