Keynote - Sustainability's Agenda and Our Agency as Architects

Keynote - Sustainability's Agenda and Our Agency as Architects - Peter Exley

Speaker:

Peter Exley, FAIA, 2021 AIA President

Event Description

Climate action raises the possibility that we can improve the environment for everyone while we also improve the conditions of the architectural profession. We must reduce our carbon footprint and secure sustainable supply chains. But, we must also secure the future of architecture through equitable practices. It is incumbent upon architects all over the world to champion fairness and health and spaces that privilege no one and everyone at the same time.
