Event Description

Architect and Urban Planner Carmen Vidal-Hallett has dedicated more than 20 years to implementing sustainable urban planning and architecture strategies in Brazil and Chicago, inspired by her Brazilian culture and specifically by Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil.

The presentation will outline the best strategies adopted in Curitiba and how those examples relate to the sustainability efforts in Chicago.
