Masks are now “officially” off in Japan – and most places around the world.  Most travel restrictions have also been lifted.  It has been a slow slog freeing ourselves of the COVID pandemic.  It still exists, but life almost everywhere is indeed getting back to normal.

This is my last newsletter article written as your President, as I prepare to hand over the reins. It has been both an honor and a privilege to serve in this capacity for the last two years, and as President-Elect for two years before that.

The annual AIA International Conference will be in-person in Dubai this year from November 11-14 and will coincide with the Dubai Expo as well as Cityscape. It promises to be a fabulous event!
