Hirokazu Shibata is the Technology & Sustainability Leader within Dow’s Olympic & Sports Solutions. Conceptualizing and implementing Carbon Projects under Dow-IOC Carbon Partnership, and also working on projects demonstrating “Science behind Sports” at Tokyo 2020.

Holds a Ph.D. and a M.Sc. (Ir) in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and a B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from Kyoto University.
