Regine Weston is a registered Professional Consulting Engineer and an internationally recognized expert in Airport Planning and Systems Analysis.  She was recently recognized for her technical excellent in Arup and is now an Arup Fellow (Aviation). With 35 years of experience specializing in strategic airport development, terminal and apron capacity/ demand analyses, and forecasting and facilities programming, Regine has been responsible for the work at airports on all habitable continents. Recently, many of Regine’s projects have focused on the special requirements of optimizing facilities to balance passenger experience with capital expenditure.   

Regine is experienced at scenario assessment and rapidly models the impact of alternative traffic assignment, forecast scheduling, development phasing options and physical planning.
