This year’s Global Mentorship Program is in full swing!
The 9 month program, which pairs Mentors and Mentees across the globe, also runs large group sessions online from April to December 2025, which are open to all. We encourage all interested members, at any career stage, to join! This year, the overall theme is Creating Value in Your Career. We are grateful to the AIA Continental Europe Emerging Professionals Committee for their support in helping bring you this year’s event series.
The program officially kicked off on April 28, with More than a Network: Discover the Value of Mentorship..As well as a general introduction to the program, this session featured AIA International President, Yew Kee Cheong, and special guests Eleni Kalapoda and Paula Cano, who shared their experience of a successful mentor/ mentee relationship.
Following this, we held a Meet and Greet for Mentors and Mentees on 21 May to facilitate forming pairings for the year. The most recent group session was Discovering Value in your Career on 17 June, which explored how to enrich your career by uncovering and developing your personal value. Our panel of speakers included Helen Kessler, Ali Yapicioglu and AIA International Emerging Professionals chair, Michelle Montgomery.
