AIA Sub-Saharan Africa concluded 2025 by supporting a hybrid lecture in Windhoek with Earthworld Architects, exploring how evolving materials, technologies, and philosophies are shaping a more sustainable and meaningful future for architecture in the region.

AIA SSA’s participation in the 14th AUA Congress underscored its commitment to inclusive, sustainable urban development and strengthened its leadership role within African architecture.

AIA SSA has announced new leadership, formed a strategic partnership with CPDI Africa, and actively participated in the African Renaissance Seminar, reinforcing its commitment to leadership, innovation, and sustainable architectural practices across Africa.
